Jessica will cover transportation and storage requirements spelled out in the Vermont Rule for Control of Pesticides.
She will also present a short segment on the required PPE per the label on pesticide products. - 11:00 - 12:00
- David Huber, Deputy Director of the Public Health and Agricultural Resource Management.
David will discuss rodenticides and the neonic ban to make sure that we are aware of the changes in the law. - 12:00 - 1:00
- Lunch: BBQ Chicken/Pork with side salads
- 1:00 - 3:00
- Nick Potter, Judy Rosovsky, State Entomologist/State Regulatory Official will guide a field trip around the farm to show Rotary Pruner vs. shearing knife display, land clearing for tree production, insect and plant issues, planting stock and seed sources.
Four NH/VT Pesticides credits will be available for these programs.
